These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Serve All Solutions website and the purchase of our products and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide IT hardware supply, software and website development, IT infrastructure, e-invoicing implementation and IT support services. The scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are defined in the relevant quotation, proposal or contract.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to product availability and exchange-rate changes. An order is confirmed once we receive a signed quotation or purchase order and any required advance payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice. We may suspend services or deliveries for overdue accounts.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and depend on product availability and site readiness. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once full payment has been received.
5. Warranty
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, which we will help you claim. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear. Software and service warranties are defined in the relevant agreement.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective on arrival or incorrectly supplied, reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in original condition and packaging. Special-order, configured and licensed items (such as software) are non-returnable. Cancelling a confirmed order may incur charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Serve All Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission. Ownership of custom software and website deliverables is set out in the relevant project agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service concerned.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Emirate — to be confirmed].
